2024 ND Spring AAA Championship Accommodations

After registering for the tournament, out-of-town teams will be required to block their rooms through Fargo-Moorhead Housing Bureau. To be eligible for the tournament, all families and family members must book their rooms with the FMCVB. 

They act as every team’s personal reservation service, providing all teams with a one-stop-shop reservation process. This process ensures all teams have quality hotel accommodations and will reduce the last-minute search for hotel rooms. Please note, that hotels are first come first serve; popular hotels will book up quickly. 

Once the team manager or representative submits an online application, they will receive preliminary acceptance into the tournament. They will then be directed to the Manager Dashboard which will allow them to access the available hotels, view hotel details and secure a room block.

Implementing this policy allows us to increase the number of rooms available to teams to ensure sufficient availability for all accepted teams.

 Please Complete the Team Hotel Block Request Form above and email it to Kaleigh at housing@fargomoorhead.org. Requests are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Their office is available from 8:00am to 4:30pm CST Monday through Friday.
